Your Video Marketing Success Guide
I have found that video marketing strategy is needed these days in previous blog articles. I shared how important it is to engage your audience, and how to create compelling videos can help you increase brand awareness, improve SEO and improve leads and sales.
In fact, a Google study shows that 55% of users use videos for purchase decisions. According to the study, retailers earn more than 66% of revenue per year by using it. And a study by Wyzowl shows that about 8 out of 10 users purchase a piece of software or an app after watching product videos.
But while I am very focused on the benefits of video marketing, I have not yet covered some of the challenges that small business owners face.
So in this week’s blog, I outline 9 video marketing challenges, and provide a solution for each one.
1. Lack of purpose.
It is important to explain your intentions. To understand why you made videos, go back to your target audience and their painful points. What problem will you solve? Why should they trust you to help them?
Next, think about the type of content you want to share. Here are some examples:
How to direct
Q & As
Behind the scenes is visible
Events
Conversations
Unboxings (if you have a body product)
It’s also good to describe the type of emotion you want your viewer to feel: touch, excitement, motivation ... it’s offensive.
2. Not planning before hitting play.
It is important to plan your delivery before you go in behind the camera (or camera phone, in most cases). This is not the time for "wing." Write down the points of the characters you want to include - you can tie them in a way that you can see while recording.
Like most things, getting used to it makes it perfect. Do not read from the script, because the more conversational and factual you are, the more likely your audience will be to relate to your product.
3. Not capturing the interest of your audience.
Since a compelling headline is important to your blog article, the opening hook is what will keep your viewers watching to the end.
You have a few seconds to draw the attention of your audience. So decide which questions to ask to arouse their curiosity and make them want to learn more.
4. Making your messages sell more.
Too many small business owners jump right on why you need to buy their product or service, without telling a story or being trusted.
Find out how to add value to people's lives. What can you teach? How can you encourage or entertain them? If you do not provide something valuable, you will not get the results you expect.
